· Round-trip airfare

· Resort accommodations

· Food, beverages, and planned activities

Estimated total trip value per attendee: $10,000

This trip represents a significant investment in our valued partners and is reserved for those committed to growing their business with Johnstone Supply. ---Commitment & Deposit Requirement

To confirm participation, a $500 deposit per attendee is required.

· Deposit is due upon final confirmation

· Deposit will be fully returned upon attendance (via credit, check, or rewards equivalent)

· Deposit secures your reservation and confirms your commitment

Commitment Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

· This invitation is intended for owners or key decision makers as approved by Johnstone Supply

· My attendance is a firm commitment once confirmed

· Johnstone Supply incurs substantial non-refundable costs on my behalf

 Cancellation Policy

· If cancelled after August 1, 2026, the $500 deposit will be forfeited

· If cancelled after November 1, 2026, 50% of the program cost plus any cancellation fees incurred by Johnstone will be charged to customer.

· I may become ineligible for future Johnstone Supply partner trips

Exceptions may be granted for:

· Medical emergencies

· Immediate family emergencies

· Travel disruptions outside of my control

All exceptions must be communicated as soon as possible.

· Invitations are non-transferable

· Substitutions require prior written approval from Johnstone Supply
